1. Create Your Emergency Profile
Add your passport, insurance, medical information, and emergency contacts. Smart Capture lets you photograph documents — IDHaven extracts the details automatically.
2. Generate Your Emergency QR
Place your QR on your phone lock screen, wallet card, key ring, emergency card, or medical bracelet. No app required.
3. Carry It Anywhere
Backpackers, digital nomads, solo travellers, sailors, adventure travellers — anyone can scan your QR with a smartphone.
Tier 1 — Immediate Access
Anyone can scan your QR code. No login required. They immediately see your photo, name, nationality, blood group, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and insurance hotline. Sensitive documents are never shown at this level.
Tier 2 — Verified Medical Access
A legitimate responder requests access with their name, role, organisation, and reason. They upload photo ID. Access is time-limited (4 hours), watermarked, and fully audited.
